Quosapien is the developer of the ONTRACK Multi-Project Oversight System and Service currently being installed to facilitate the Indonesian Government's Three Million Houses program, which involves building 1 million apartment units and completing 2 million renovations, which require extensive monitoring and facilitation teams that need to be overseen by the Ministry of Housing (PKP) as it provides renovation funding to lower income Indonesians, and banks providing funding for construction projects.

At the heart of the ONTRACK Service is control of key data generation elements at construction sites, requiring a strong partnership with the 5D BIM Design and Construction Service named AutoDesk, combined with ownership of the CCTV system on site in order to ensure control over data generation in a light weight / discrete data objects that are least susceptible to data mixed quality data transmissions.
Upon receipt of data in accordance with an agreed period (daily, weekly, monthly), ONTRACK packetizes and analyzes the data using powerful AI visual learning systems that focus on contextualized objective verification of reported conditions through the AutoDesk system, but also from Monitors and Facilitators. In other words, ONTRACK uses visual objectivity to cross examine subjective data inputs, requiring developers to input construction logs accurately, and forcing Monitors and Facilitators to recognize that they are "being watched" and "judged."
Users of ONTRACK are foremost the C-Suite or Senior Government Leadership who must ensure that projects are generated "on budget, on time, and on quality." But the key users functionally are the team of top Overseers who must ensure that the thousands of project monitors and facilitators are aligned with reality.
