CRAIG OWENSBY
Chief Executive Officer
Craig is a serial entrepreneur and technology builder with more than 25 years of experience launching and scaling companies across the United States and Indonesia.
Over the course of his career, he has founded and exited multiple ventures, including IXCell in New York—an early mobile comms company acquired by AT&T; Asatel, a mobile satellite service provider for ASEAN located in Jakarta; Spotcast Inc., whose platform was among the first AI-driven platforms patented and deployed with major global telecom operators. In 2001, Spotcast was acquired by Qualcomm; and PT Code Jawa, which grew to become Indonesia’s largest content and mobile media technology company from 2002 to 2011 until globalized internet content destroyed local mobile media content viability.
Most recently, Craig has created ONTRACK, an AI-driven platform designed to help large organizations manage edge-operations risk by controlling core data extractions and verifying them with, independent data streams, providing parallel oversight to manual monitoring systems. ONTRACK reflects Quosapien's broader vision of using AI not just for efficiency, but as a foundational layer for institutional integrity.
Craig has lived in Indonesia for over 25 years and brings a deep understanding of the country’s business landscape. His long-standing relationships across both the private and public sectors position him uniquely at the intersection of technology, policy, and national-scale transformation.
